A strong model market, which has brought such stars as Kate Moss, Agyness Deyn, Cara Delevingne, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lily Donaldson and others to the world level, is located in the UK capital. The highest level of comfort and aristocracy of London attract models from all over the world. There are disadvantages, as in Paris and Milan: expensive housing and high transport costs. Types of jobs: fashion shows, editorial, commercial. Models with a height of 175-183 cm with a waist of 59-62 cm, hips of 89-92 cm from 16 to 26 years are in demand.

I think modeling in London has a lot of positive features, such as life in a progressive city, the concentration of large fashion companies, the comfort of life, the cultural heritage of the country.
London is an amazing city, from which models can fly to Europe for direct booking (when you go for a few days to a specific job). This is a commercial market, there are a lot of online catalogs and campaigns (when a model becomes the face of a brand).
For castings British agency usually sends all the information by email: address, dates, time, who to meet and how the job will go if you get it. Please note that castings may be added during the day, so you need to react quickly to changes in the schedule.
In the English market, different types of models are always needed, different beauty is in demand: it can be young or old, tall or short, red or blonde…
All the model apartments / houses were in very good locations, comfortable (although often far from the center), and I never heard that any of my friends had problems with housing.
There were never any problems with transport either, we usually used the metro, bus or train, they will take you anywhere on the Oyster map. I got lost a couple of times in London, as the transport scheme is very complicated, but people can always help you, and there are signs everywhere with signs.
In general, modeling in London leaves only a positive impression, a sense of something meaningful and stylish, I want to come back here more than once.
