She has worked many times in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, China, collaborated with Cartier, Swarovski, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, shot for Izzue, Elle, More…
Modelling for me began with a childhood dream. At the age of five I put on my mother’s outfits and imagined myself walking down the catwalk. At the age of eleven, I saw an advertisement about recruiting for a modelling school in my city and begged my parents to take me there. After a while I realised that I wanted to do modelling seriously. I started going to international castings, and here I am on my sixth trip to Hong Kong.
The most difficult thing, perhaps, for many models, and I am no exception, is separation from loved ones. But over time, you get used to it. And thanks to the Internet, you can be in touch 24/7, create a kind of “presence effect”, share all the news in the “life” mode. Previously, not all models had a laptop, and they came to the office to send emails home, now it’s easier to communicate at a distance.
It is very important to build a healthy relationship with the mother agency. It should check the receiving agency, give advice, the necessary information, help with visas, documents, if possible, help solve work problems abroad, be always in touch. The model, in turn, should remember that, in addition to rights, she also has duties: to monitor measurements, appearance, be polite, punctual, friendly and hardworking.
I had a lot of plans in the field of modelling, but due to the pandemic, it is difficult to plan anything today. You need to be able to adapt to the situation, be attentive and solve problems as they arrive. In the end, despite the difficulties, I am grateful to modelling for the opportunity to travel, meet interesting people and do what I love.
